Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and OTPSims ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our virtual number platform, website, API, and related services. By using OTPSims, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using OTPSims, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms
• Your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are not located in a country subject to US trade sanctions or embargoes

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • All activities that occur under your account
• • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

OTPSims provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes (OTPs). You acknowledge and agree:

• • Virtual numbers are leased and remain our property
• • We do not guarantee that every service or platform will accept our virtual numbers
• • Some numbers may be recycled from previous users; we are not responsible for any messages received before your rental period
• • We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time
• • Service availability varies by country and carrier partner

All fees are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice. By purchasing services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

• • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• • Unused SMS credits do not roll over between billing periods (for subscription plans)
• • Pay-as-you-go credits never expire
• • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of our services

You may not use our services for:

• • ✗ Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws
• • ✗ Fraud, phishing, scams, or any deceptive practices
• • ✗ Harassment, abuse, or threats against others
• • ✗ Spamming, bulk messaging, or automated abuse
• • ✗ Bypassing verification systems to create fraudulent accounts
• • ✗ Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• • ✗ Interfering with or disrupting our services or servers
• • ✗ Reselling virtual numbers or SMS services without authorization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.

If you use our API, you agree to the following additional terms:

• • Rate limits apply; exceeding them may result in temporary suspension
• • You must use valid API keys and keep them confidential
• • We may monitor API usage for compliance
• • API endpoints and responses may change with notice
• • You are responsible for ensuring your integrations comply with these Terms

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on our platform are owned by OTPSims or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for:

• • Violation of these Terms
• • Non-payment of fees
• • Any activity that harms our platform or other users

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and you must stop all use of our platform.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• • Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• • All virtual numbers will be accepted by third-party services
• • OTP messages will be delivered within any specific timeframe

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OTPSims AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OTPSims and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore, conducted in English.

You may also bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
